I work with those looking to heal old wounds and triggers. Specifically individuals who have gone through loss or death. I also work with the recovering perfectionist who may be struggling with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, low self-worth and body image, that overall leaves them feeling not enough.   I have a special interest in young professionals/adults and those who are trying to find the skills to become their own person. I'm trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
